The need for the Omeya Private School (Pty) Ltd, started with the first home-owners residing on the estate in 2012, and the School opened its doors in January 2014.
The Omeya Private School built the first 4 of 12 classrooms in 2016 to accommodate the increasing need for learners to go to school at Omeya, instead of travelling to Windhoek.
The Omeya Private School follows the ACE Curriculum from grade RR to grade 12 for learners to achieve an International SAT Certificate. Learners will also have an option to follow the Impak Curriculum from grade 8 to grade 12 if they want to prepare more for the Southern Africa universities.
The Omeya Private School strives to give an above average Academic education to learners. The School focuses on Character building and educates learners to be considerate, well balanced and target driven citizens, who can work on their own. Most of the current homeowners on Omeya are young couples with small children, with a need to educate their children on the Estate.
The Omeya Private School gives parents the option to leave their children at School from 07.00 in the morning until 17.00 during which time extra-curricular activities are incorporated.
Sport and culture activities that will be included in the educational program:
